Hari yang baru - entry qadha...

Dah 2 ari tak hapdet...sibukla kunun..dua ari ni mkn baaaaanyak...to Mia, thanks for the tagged. Tomorrow kak jawab.

Sabtu 27 June - Pahang to KL
sekolah ganti - Hari Kantin.

Breakfast - telah mkn mende yang aku dah lama tak makan. Nasi lemak sambal telur. best giler budak buat.
Lunch - nasi,ayam kicap, sambal yang best beli kat sekolah tadi sempena Hari Kantin.
Dinner - Nasi half and tomyam
Supper di Danau Kota - nasi goreng separuh + sotong goreng tepong



Ahad 28 June - Berjaya Times Square
Brunch - Kenny Rogers




Lepas tu - Secret Recipe...watermelon juice and apa kebenda tah..something like spagetthi wth cheese (yulk!!! - adalah sangat tak sedap...). Makan nih sebab terlampau lama kat Berjaya Times Square sorang2 sampai x tau apa mau bikin...
Petang - mkn nasi lagik dan sotong goreng kunyit lagi.

Hari ni - di Pahang semula.
Bfast - biskut pong 4 ketul. Lapar gilos
Lunch - Nasi + ikan patin + sambal machang and kerang
Dinner - Nasi + ikan siakap 3 rasa

p.s TQ MeyMey and Mia and alllllllllllll...(u guys havent got the slightest idea how meaningful ur comment are to me..).Tq Kaseh too for setting up dis challenge. Am not alone anymore.

TBL water challenge Day 6

Firstly congrats to Mey Mey... banyak lost tuh and its really worthy.
For today menu...
Breakfast
di kantin
sekeping ikan siakap goreng + 3 sotong kecil masak sambal + 4 pieces hati dan 2 sudu bihun
milo ais
sampai lunch mkn nenas suku biji kut then 3 keping kuih tiram
gini rupanye......



dan air 700 ml
Lunch
makan kuih tiram lagi 3 keping dan habiskan air 500 ml
balik umah at 5.00, mkn mi kering yg digoreng dgn daging cincang,cendawan dan tomato ceri.
2 keping chipsmore.
Dah...aku taknak mam dah.....
mlm ni nak minum cleanze tea.
I need to drink another 1L plain water.
tak boleh biarkan nih...kena pk strategi....
adei...tolong pk kan buleh? hehehe...tq in advance.

Day 5 - TBL water challenge

Today I memang strived hard to make my diet works.

Breakfast.

Shakes of a scoop of Fernleaf Milk + a scoop of Rice Bran (Cosway) + Milo Cereal and 400ml water. Resepi buat sendiri sbb nak cepat dan kenyang.

(bukan aku takleh amik HL but I have to watch out the F3, I had some complication with it before. Sebab my Rheumathoid dan mende tah doktor tu terangkan, haku pun tak faham. Tapi aku kena jaga amount protein ku. Takleh terlebih sikit pon.

400 ml teamix

1 Liter plain water.

Lunch

Ikan singgang seketul hehehe...


Kalau mak aku tgk mesti marah makan tahap hazab gini, Tapi apa boleh buat. Dah 36 tahun makan banyak....
Sekian utuk takat jam 3.12 ptg
Petang amik sandwich terdiri dari sekeping roti yang di lepa sardin dan dilipat 2.
Lama sikit amik Jacob Hi Iron 3 keping.
Pastu tido hehehe...
Bangun tido makan Butterscotch sekeping.
Senaman takde pon....
Urmmmm....dulu ada beli Paula Abdul's workout CD tapi tak tau letak mana....

Malam.
Plain water segelas.
Kerang bakar semangkuk.
Feeling - distracted. Menyampah betul...ada ku tinggalkan je mamat tuh...

Day 4 - TBL water challenge.

Sedih tau sbb takde penurunan pun semalam
jd petang smlm mkn mihun kari sikit.
Pastu mlm kuar dating, mkn nasi separuh. sup ayam ngan kerang bakar.
Pagi ni.
mkn keutiaw sup dan teh tarik.
Tghari.
Tak makan pe. Minum susu segelas dan liteyo oren dan air je sampai jam 5.
Jam 5.15 - Tumpang menyuap nasi 6 sudu dan daging tiga small pieces.
Malam ni ada dinner.
Reunion budak2 Form6. Taknak p.
Nape aku makan nasik? Tahla...cam tinginnnnnnnnnn....sgt2....
Exercise ari nih - kemas sebuah umah,menyapu,menyusun,membasuh dan melipat kain....
Kesihatan, masih demam dan bengkak kalenjar.
Feeling? Biasa2 je....
Perut berlipat2...huhuhu
mlm 8 pm mkn sandwich sardin 2 slices....oops...

sangat sejukkkkk....

Today is damn cold...

Aircond dalam bilik guru ni dah dibaiki jadik dia punya kesejukan tahap beku melampau.

sup sayur bayam dan cendawan semangkuk kecil
milo ais
mihun separuh dan ayam goreng seketul

air sampai jam 12.31 tak abis 500ml pon...sejuk banget ...
rasa hari ni tak mo mam apa2 dah....
balik nak timbang...
hehehe...
Hari ni nak share satu story tntg men (yes men...) in my life and their diet...
lazimnye aku suka date dgn skinny man
but by the end of the day I settled down with a 'montok' man.
The 1st man - tinggi dia 165cm, berat tak tau tapi saiz baju M dan suar 29 je. Memang skinny. Perokok tegar. Bf yang nih makan nasik sari sekali. Malam je. Siang dia makan kuih2, roti2 dan minum nescafe dia.
2nd man - 170 cm, berat tak tau tapi suar 32cm. Dia nih species tak makan nasik. Makan kuih the whole day. Sepanjang 8 months dgn dia, amatlah jarangnye menenguk dia makan nasik....
3rd man - 172cm, berat tak tau tapi memang tahap terminator, suar 29 je. Dia ni lagi la...mkn roti everyday tapi dia non smoker.
Yang peliknye diorang ni tak makan tapi tenaga depa takdela mcm kita. Masih boleh lagi ikot aku shopping kesana kemari tanpa henti. Teman aku makan tanpa merasa nak join aku makan sekali. Dan sepanjang relationships aku dgn mereka2 nih takde lak aku reduce weight atau ikut cara mereka makan...heheheh...
Setelah balik dan timbang.

Today - still demam huhuhu but have to attend school...

sepanjang pagi managed to habiskan 1000ml plain water.
Lunch ayam goreng
ada meeting form 6 today.
During meeting I managed to consume 500ml of plain water dan sepotong kuih seri muka. During meeting tuh...hehehehehe...
4.30 to 5.30 mkn 5 keping goreng pisang (Tak patot)

Today is quite stressful...If Ika on problems, she will hate herself and will less eating. On the other hand I ate more.

I have meeting and extra class today
Dinner
I indulged myself in a plateful of rice and sardin goreng.
I did consume 1000ml of plain water today.
And felt like having fever...
maybe becoz of too many toxin in my body..
Thanks to Kaseh and all my TBL rivals...
If not becoz of this games
I would still be 'terhoyong hayang'
Mood - extremely sad....and tired...and stress...

Conference dinner

Today similarly like yesterday, my diet went to the drain...
Breakfast
Lau shu fen fried, 3 spoonful of rice and kari ayam
2 glasses of mango juice
a pancake and a bowl of cereal
I managed to skip the tea break at 10 huhuhu
Lunch
Nasi quarter plate and spaghetti sama juga quarter.
Ayam kurama, baby kailan and desert 4 small pieces of varieties kueh.
Conference Dinner
Nasi, Prawn, Mutton, Kurma ayam...all in a very small portion.
I am supposed to weight in today tapi balik konferens ahad nanti le.
Kalau naik mcm biasa la.....denda...
Bukan tak komited ye kawan2...
tapi cuti sekolah ni bukan selalu
pegi JB pun bukan selalu...
hehehe....(gelak puaka)

Break at 10 - mkn bihun lagi,n japanese roll dan 2 sweet bread - takkan tak makan, freee.....lagipon penat dengo speech (reasons!!!)

Lunch - lagi best- rice small portion, ayam dan baby kailan. Dessert (ada dessert nko...mkn kat hotel le katakan) - cakes and fruits

Dinner - Pizza Hut spaghetti and garlic bread with coke

Aiyooooooooooooooooo.....

Di JB

Hari ni hapdet blog dari Crystal Crown JB. Stay here for MELTA Conference in Pan Puteri. Komperens untuk cikgu2 Bahasa Inggeris. Beneficial indeed. Pagi breakfast di Kedai Mamak, Tosai dan milo ais (penanda berat akan naik. Dah 2 hari asik minum Milo ais). Sampai JB carik nasik kat Larkin tapi ended up makan spaghetti kat Rasamas, strawberry iced and drummet 3 ketul (huuuuuyooooo). Pastu register kat MELTA. Tetiba sakit perut. Adeiiiii....mlm makan Dunkin Donut Banana satu dan coke 1 tin.
Reflection : Gumbira.
Exercise : Naik bas dari hotel ke Larkin...huuuu lama gila x naik bas..mcm jakun pon ade..heheh....

Malam dinner kat Kg Baru nasi half, paru,daging bakar dan jus nenas. Ni kes entertain kawan. Rasanya naik berat lagi this week. Esok berlepas ke JB, MELTA Conference. Mesti mkn2 lagik...adeeeeiiiiiii....

Brunch dah pukul 4 lebih. Kes pegi sekolah punya pasal. Buat PKKP sampai berasap kepala otak. Sementara brunch mkn 2 peket jacob vegetable. Lapor kussss semangat. Brunch adalah nasi sepinggan dan ayam goreng 2 ketul. Kuah takde, bubuh kicap je. Hehehe...
Dinner mkn bihun dan fresh orange.
Dah tgk first result TBL, hehehehe....antara yang terkena denda...huhuhu...nasib le..
Strategi? masih lum ada...sedang menikmati cuti2 Malaysia ni....
