Day 2

breakfast - 7 a.m
Laksa Penang 1 bowl.
8 a.m
Nasi dagang ikan tongkol 1 plate of rice and iced tea
3 pcs keropok lekor
10 a.m
kerepek bawang
1 slices of cake
1 kotak air soya
3 p.m
Laksa 1 mangkuk kecil
nasi penuh dan ayam seketul
Dinner
Nasi setengah dan ayam panggang

Day 1

This is how I ate on the first official day dat I was supposed to diet.

Breakfast
1 mangkuk laksa lemak dan secawan teh o suam - ni makan betul-betu sebab nak bersosial.
Mid morning - makan lak 2 slices of sarawak cake, walhal baru je pas naik dari kantin....memang ar I cannot resist the food. Kalau aku duk tempat takde makanan pandai lak aku tak nak makan. Pukul 10.30 - p pulak bandar minum segelas teh o ais. Ni pasal nak entertain boyfriend yang nak berjalan jauh. Adei...

Lunch

Nasi sebelah ni dan lauk sardin ni pulak I
took at 3 p.m. It was cooked at the early morning tu...tiba2 teringat nak makan....Ini makan sebab teringin. See, my pattern of eating...sangat menakutkan. What u going to read after dis lagi dahsyat....








On the rite hand side apa yang aku makan pada pukul 4 petang. Sepinggan nasik berkuah singgang dan seekor ikan keli goreng. Ini makan sebab adik nak makan kat kedai tu pastu aku teman dia. Dahsyatnye...air sirap ais . Malam lak dalam kul 9 aku makan laksa penang semangkuk sebab laksa tu dan beberapa potong kek yang aku buat. SO ???!!!


Reflection : I have this habit that I'm eating not because I'm hungry. Mainly because For socialization or because the food are there.
Solutions nye as suggested my friend Intan : "Puasa la kak...puase kak dapat pahale...". Masalahnye...setiap kali aku wat puasa sunat dia orang pertama yang ajak aku p kantin...huhuhu

Do or do not.


I shred 3 kilos since may. On the rite hand side I am at 78 kg in may 2008. While on the leaft hand side, I am at 75kg in Aug 2008. I did not lost much. May be lack of commitment. Kalau nampak makanan, makan. Lagi satu kalau org ajak makan pun aku maaakaaan...

aku mahu kurus

Dis is me... a very plain me...I set up dis blog to motivate me and myself untuk kuruskan badan. bagi ai a sense of commitment sket. I am 35, 164cm and currently 75.5 kg. That is overweight. Kalau ikut sejarah, ai dah menceburi bidang menguruskan badan nih since ages but the results are still the same. It may be of my commitment. This pix was taken on 19th May 2008. At that time I am 78 kg. So, we'll just wait and see loh...

Why I wanna loose and shred all those kilos away ?

There are many reasons but the main reasons are :

1. Health - I had Rheumathoid Athritis. Sedikit sebanyak if i loose my weight my health mungkin akan improve. Lagipun kesihatan adalah perkara yang paling penting dalam hidup. With good health, I would have a good life. My joints will improve and I can do many things as normal people do. At present, I had lost my ability to squat so its very difficult for me to lots of things even to perform prayers.

2. Appearance and Self- Confidence - Dah memangnyer serata dunia percaya kalau kurus itu cantik. Jadi kalau kurus tu dapatlah merasa melaram sikit dan maybe nampaklah lebih mude...tak de ar nampak 4o plus. Hihihi....

3. Survival - can I say dat I wanna loose my weight because its very difficult for me to find clothes that fit me ?. baju yang tertera XXL pun kadang tak muat kat aku. So, in order for me to survive nak tak nak I have to loose weight.

4. And of course there are personal reasons - the vangeance....

MY TARGET

Currently I am 75.5 kg. My normal weight is 55 to 67 kg. My target will be 55 kg meaning 20 kg to shred away. Durations ? Can I set it by the end of this year ? Will I be able to have that 55 kg on the 1st of January ? Urmmmm....
