My activity today

Breakfast - nasi lemak dan teh o suam
Lunch - nasi kebuli half
takde makan pape dah.
Hari ni p fisio for the first time.
Heat theraphy. Then cycling.
Emotionally mixed up.
Sedih?
YA.
