Day 4.
Breakfast mi goreng + telur sambal + teh o ais.
Lunch maggi goreng + teh o ais.
Malam makan satay 5 cucuk. Haji Samuri...hehehe...

mee goreng kosong sepinggan = 600kalori...klu nk amik biar separuh je kak....kecuali akak workout pd petangnya....dia akan cover balik..
