I still on diet tho sometimes I seem to run out of track. I am 75kg and tried very much to shed like 20 kg more...urh....
And still with the same embarassing problem. Hardly able to walk properly. Tu la gumuk sangat. Tahap gaban gitu. After losing 4 kg with TBL now trying to shed more with 99HTN. Kepada penganjur-penganjur program diet online nih. Thanx vr much. I really appreciate it.
