You're right. Kalau kurus dan tak sihat atau tak gembira, no point. Lebih penting to feel confident and happy with yourself.
If you want to lose weight, don't diet. Sahaja makan "smaller meals" throughout the day rather than one big meal. Easietr for your body to digest it. I'm always eating actually :)
