urmmmmm

Bukan pe lama tak hapdet.
1. Malas - penyakit nih dah macam puaka je kat myself.
2. I'm eating too much these few days. Sampai aku sendiri rasa takut nak tulih hapa mende yang aku makan. Dah tu asik jamuan je....
3. My laptop yang hak milik kejaan mesia tu kena virus dan di reformat. Makanya aku tak de alat le nak melaksanakan pembloggan ku.
4. I am staring over. Now after each meal I drink Cleanz Tea before I start my HL back tomorrow. And semangatnye aku nak wat blog ni coz ada gak org yang bace...hehehe...thanx to my idol pfs...Akak akan menguruskan badan, sis...
5. Today's menu :

Pagi - makan nasi impit dan teh ais.
Petang tadi - makan nasi dagang di Restoran Nasi Dagang Ulik Mayang yg femes tu dan air bandung.
Ni kat cc...malam kang aku tak nak mam. Aku nak minum cleanz tea je....

My next occassion is on the 29th November dalam beberapa minggu lagi. Nak jupe kroni yg dah setahun tak jupe. nak le berlagak diva sikit lau ade pengurusan berat badan...hehe..lagipun my thigh ni (shame shame) dah hampir bercantum if I walk....Adei..

And of course the biggest occassion is on the 5th January 2009 - a new me.... a thinner and healthier me...

Uihhh, semangat dah ada, tapi menu macam ada kureng sket hehehehe... Amik HBLife jugak kan? Means to drop ur kg's must be 2 shakes + 1 normal meal per day. Kalo pagik makan normal meal, lunch makan normal meal, mlm baru shakes = maintenance menu jer nih... gained tidak, loose pon tidak.

So, my advice is: Try keep to the menu, 2 shakes + 1 normal meal, go go sis, YOU can do it! MUSTI KURUS PUNYA :D
